Whether you're ready to look at properties with a pre-approval in place, or you've just started considering homeownership, I'm here to help you every step of the way. I'm happy to provide budgeting worksheets, connect you with a lender or answer any questions about purchasing real estate you may have! 

Although buying a home may feel complicated, I spend my days researching the real estate market, staying up to date on real estate news, browsing available listings and studying local trends so that you don't have to worry about those things, instead you can focus on what is most important to you.

Finding The Right Home For You

We'll sit down together and discuss property types, location and your 'needs' and 'wants' for your future home. Once you have a pre-approval in place and now what budget we'll be looking at, I will set you up to receive automatic emails the moment a new property matching your criteria hits the market. From there, we can go view the properties together around your schedule. 

Don't have a pre-approval in place but curious what the market is like? No problem! I'm happy to send you a list of current listings in a certain price range so you have a good idea what's out there.
