You will not be passed off to someone else in my office or find yourself speaking to an assistant you've never met, I will be working 110% on getting your property sold. 

Your listing will be featured on my website, my social media pages, my office's social media pages, my monthly email and much more. On top of the exposure it will get from these channels, I will have it listed on MLS® so that other agents can immediately access your property information for the buyers they are working with. 

I like to stick to tried and true strategies such as open houses but also new aged strategies like virtual walk throughs and location experiences to get more eyes on your property and more feet through your door.

Pricing Your Home

When you consider it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your property.  I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers.  The way I do this is by preparing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report on homes in your area which have recently sold as well as homes in your area that are currently for sale, this will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area as well as the homes we'll be competing with.  You can complete my online form to get a feel for your home's market value.
